Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
  • Manage table reservations and guest seating efficiently
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide information about menu items and daily specials
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first approach
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests
  • Handle transactions accurately, processing payments and ensuring correct billing

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional service standards. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph + Benefits, flexible working hours tailored to support work-life balance, and training and development opportunities to enhance skills and career progression.

We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging positively with guests. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential. You will have a friendly and proactive attitude, with a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
