Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our UK team as a Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business development and a strong understanding of the construction recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic business plan to expand our presence in the construction recruitment market.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the construction sector, including general contractors, subcontractors, engineering firms, and consultancies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery on client requirements and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of construction industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment demands.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or construction sector.
