Job OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our UK team as a Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business development and a strong understanding of the construction recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic business plan to expand our presence in the construction recruitment market.
- Identify and target potential clients within the construction sector, including general contractors, subcontractors, engineering firms, and consultancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery on client requirements and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of construction industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment demands.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

- Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or construction sector.

- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record in recruitment with demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of UK recruitment regulations.
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
- Hybrid/Remote Work Options: Flexibility to work from home or remotely on certain days after probation.
