Job Description
This newly created post offers an exciting opportunity to join our People and Organisational Development team, reporting directly to the Assistant Director, Employee Data and People Services. As a Talent Management and Employee Engagement Expert, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to meet the current and future needs of the college. You will work closely with Senior Leaders to drive forward our organisational strategy, focusing on areas such as talent management, staff engagement, and diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Senior Leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans that meet the current and future needs of the college
* Provide expert advice and support on employment law and best practices to managers and staff across the college group
* Drive People projects and initiatives to enable the strategic aims of HRUC, including talent management, staff engagement, and diversity initiatives
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on People matters
* Support change management processes, providing expertise in organisational development and restructuring

Requirements
* CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent relevant experience
* Strong knowledge and experience in handling a wide range of employee relations issues
* Ability to work strategically and operationally to implement initiatives that align with the organisation's goals
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
* Skilled at negotiation, influencing, and excellent customer service skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills

Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
