About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and passionate retail leader to join our team as a Flagship Store Manager in Sheffield Meadowhall Arcade. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, inspiring a high-performing team, and providing an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Lead by example, providing exemplary customer service and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to achieve store and regional goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and translate Pandora's local and global business strategy into store-level goals
  • Experience in using data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
