About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Hillsborough store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience, working collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve our charity's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with customers and promoting our charity's mission
  • Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential
  • Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to drive online sales
  • Act as a Keyholder, ensuring the smooth running of the store and providing excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to our charity's mission
  • Previous retail experience is not essential, but you will need to be confident in a team environment and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide the activity of volunteers on the shop floor
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and be comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
