Job Title: Casual Sales Assistants

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and advice to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
  • Sales Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of products and trends to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest brands, products, and trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Support with the replenishment of stock, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and presentable.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Retail: A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and homeware, with an understanding of current trends.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, particularly in a luxury or high-end environment, is an advantage but not essential.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
