Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to help customers discover products they love. As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring each customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalized assistance and advice.
- Sales Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of products and trends to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest brands, products, and trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stock Management: Support with the replenishment of stock, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and presentable.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Requirements
- Passion for Retail: A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and homeware, with an understanding of current trends.

- Sales Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to maximizing sales opportunities.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
