We are a dynamic and award-winning Retail team that is looking for a talented individual to join us as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in store.

We offer a competitive salary, additional 25% on-track earnings, 28 days leave, and a range of benefits including a brand-new smartphone on an unlimited data plan, Headspace subscription, and employee discounts scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial performance and achieve KPI's
  • Coach and lead your team to deliver great customer service and sales
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of your store
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Organising and supporting a team
  • A passion for customer service and leading by example
  • Experience working to and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Experience with managing a team and focusing on development
  • Creating a culture of coaching/training within the team
