Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for leading the kitchen team in executing all areas of service while supporting the development and success of our management team. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef to create and develop one of the most exciting, vibrant, and welcoming venues in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in executing all areas of service
  • Support the development and success of the management team
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to create and develop new menu concepts
  • Manage daily operations of our various outlets
  • Collaborate with other departments across the hotel to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
