About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Person to join our team at the Elite Football Performance Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining 11 full-size grass pitches, 3 artificial pitches, a ¾ size indoor pitch, 5 grass training areas, and various off-pitch areas, ensuring top-quality playing conditions year-round.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance of all pitches and training areas, ensuring they are in excellent condition at all times.
  • Oversee the renovation and renewal of pitches, working closely with senior staff at the Elite Performance Centre and American Express stadium.
  • Support the Football Club and Foundation in achieving their objectives, upholding the Team Brighton Values throughout.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Experience in a comparable elite environment, with a proven track record of achieving high standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
