We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our Auto Services business, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within site guidelines to ensure the efficient workflow of job cards, meeting volume targets and identifying fast-track repairs.
  • Review and implement cost-effective repair methodologies, collaborating with policyholders and Direct Line Group engineering functions as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Embed and maintain standard methodologies and lean activities as instructed by business strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle repair methods.
  • Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification.
  • Ability to achieve company and personal targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
