Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety checks and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe swimming pool area.
- Develop and maintain ongoing training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Engage with members, providing support and guidance to ensure they have a positive experience.
As a Lifeguard at Nuffield Health, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of £25,480 pro rata.
