Adult Social Care Worker

Daytime healthcare is seeking an experienced care worker to join their team at a care home in Maidstone, Kent.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, promoting independence and confidence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, respecting their unique needs and preferences.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming living environment and engage in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver holistic care services.
Essential Attributes:
- Flexible shift availability across 7 days per week.
- UK manual driving license required for this role.
- Paid enhanced DBS check mandatory.
- Up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata) and flexible working hours.

Compensation Package: This role offers a competitive salary of around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
