Your Main Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • SUPPORTING THE GENERAL MANAGER IN LEADING THE TEAM TO SUCCESS.
  • TRAINING AND DEVELOPING YOUR TEAM TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND QUALITY.
  • BECOMING A POSITIVE INFLUENCE AND GUIDING GROWTH WITHIN YOUR TEAM.
  • LEADING THE TEAM TO DELIVER MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES FOR OUR GUESTS, BUILDING LOYALTY AND DRIVING REPEAT BUSINESS.
