We are looking for a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving business change initiatives across our projects and programme portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Challenging current ways of working to achieve better outcomes for our customers
  • Supporting business case development to initiate strategic projects
  • Streamlining processes using technology and digital tools
  • Leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of change
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of changes to ensure they deliver measurable benefits

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and managing organisational change initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis techniques
