We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving business change initiatives across our projects and programme portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing change management strategies to maximise adoption and minimise resistance
  • Collaborating with teams to agree on business and technical requirements using prioritisation methods like MoSCoW
  • Producing process maps, use cases, and business models to support change initiatives
  • Acting as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external suppliers
  • Supporting testing, implementation, and post-go-live phases of projects

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and managing organisational change initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis techniques
