About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and ensure efficient direction of enquiries.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing offer checklists and visa documentation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records and reports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR Business Partners with annual HR programs, such as PDR and talent reviews.
  • Assist with Employee Relations cases, including note-taking and scheduling investigation meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including taking meeting minutes and supporting health and wellbeing initiatives.
