**Job Overview:**

Lancashire County Council's Applications Operations Centre is seeking a highly skilled System Configuration Expert to join its Oracle Fusion Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents and implementing small configuration changes using Oracle Fusion, while working closely with senior team members on more complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and investigate incidents using available tools.
  • Support improvements in efficiencies in the team and elsewhere.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are successfully implemented.
  • Collaborate with Customers to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion or similar systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
