Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance and Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Quality Assurance, Environmental, and Health and Safety systems to maintain ISO and IATF accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective quality management systems.
- Experience with auditing and assessment tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
