Operations Administration Specialist

The Operations Administration Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the retail operations across our store network of 15 stores in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. This individual will effectively collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive the operations community in areas of Administration, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Shipping/Receiving to elevate the client experience and ensure compliance with mandatory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Operations Manager in animating the operations community
  • Assist with market-wide special projects, focusing on NSO, renovations/relocations/closures, events, PR, and marketing activities
  • Contribute to staff induction and onboarding for new starters in operations
