Administrative Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for executing daily administrative tasks that support the employee lifecycle at Snyk Ltd. The Employee Lifecycle Support Specialist will execute designated aspects of onboarding/offboarding and other employee transitions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to assigned tasks.

A key focus of this position is partnering closely with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute People Operations processes, policies, and programs that deliver a best-in-class employee experience and maintain data integrity.

Key responsibilities include reviewing records for data integrity in support of employee transactions and serving as the first line of contact for employees with questions regarding People Operations processes.
