Fostering Panel Advisor

We are seeking an experienced social care practitioner to join our team as a Fostering Advisor. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the fostering regulations and be able to provide sound advice to the Fostering Panel Chair and the Agency Decision Maker.
As a Fostering Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best outcomes for children. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve the lives of children and young people in Buckinghamshire.
We offer a competitive salary and a market premium of £2,500 per annum, pro rata'd for part-time hours. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience and continue your own career progression.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in social work (DipSW), a Post Qualifying Award in Social Work Practice, and be registered with the HCPC. You will also need to have extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the fostering regulations.
