Nursing Team Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Nurse to lead and manage a team of nurses in Cumbernauld, Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and communities.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including GPs, district nurses, and community matrons. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of nurses.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 27 days annual leave, 8 public holidays, and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme.
