Galderma is entering the Dermatology biologics market, where delivering medicines through homecare is crucial for a successful launch.

As a Homecare Program Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of Galderma's specialty medicines to patients via homecare while providing an exceptional experience for patients and key stakeholders across the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate extensively with internal teams, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Compliance, PV, QA, Legal, and Finance, to align the homecare proposition with brand strategy and NHS needs. Ensure operationalization within a compliant framework with robust processes and structures.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as homecare providers, nurses, dermatologists, patient advocacy groups, and payors to create a high-value program that delivers tangible outcomes.
  • Oversee the governance and management of all Galderma's homecare programs, encompassing:
    • Vendor selection, contractual coordination, and day-to-day management
    • Tracking performance against agreed KPIs and holding key homecare providers accountable to these metrics.
    • Collaborating with office and field medical teams to deliver nurse training curricula and monitor nurse competency within each homecare/PSP program.
    • Ensuring all essential documentation for homecare and patient support is implemented, collected, tracked, and retained.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for local homecare during audits or regulatory inspections. Oversee and support the implementation of any Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs).
  • Collaborate with Global PSP Leads to align on global strategies and develop localized PSPs that address patient needs in line with Galderma's patient-centricity focus.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to effectively integrate and implement the homecare offering into the brand value proposition.
  • Participate in designing and implementing patient programs based on insights from patients, caregivers, HCPs, and payors at the country level. Align these initiatives with Patient Experience, Medical Affairs, commercial leads, and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure patients receive a complaint-free, ethical, meaningful, and valuable program that is tracked with appropriate quality checks (focusing on compliance with Galderma SOPs, local regulations, data privacy, and PV reporting).
