About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Country Homecare Manager - Biologics Specialist. This is a critical role that will play a key part in the success of our Dermatology biologics market launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy a comprehensive homecare program that meets the needs of patients and key stakeholders across the NHS.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including homecare providers, nurses, dermatologists, patient advocacy groups, and payors to create a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
  • Manage and govern all Galderma homecare programs, including vendor selection, contractual coordination, and day-to-day management.
  • Track performance of homecare programs against agreed KPIs and hold key homecare providers accountable to these KPIs.
  • Develop and implement local patient support programs that align with Galderma's patient-centricity focus.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate and implement homecare offerings into the brand value proposition.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of patient programs based on patient, caregiver, HCP, and payor insights at the country level.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in biotech/pharma, preferably within Dermatology.
  • Understanding and experience of homecare/biologics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent internal and external relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a clear focus on driving performance and positive outcomes.
  • Able to prioritize most important activities in the face of multiple requests.
