Senior Technical Writer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain user assistance for various engineering software products, utilizing single-source authoring tools like Madcap Flare.
  • Ensure technical user assistance and documentation remain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date for each release.
  • Improve translation capabilities through Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.
  • Collaborate with Software Developers, Testers, and Product Managers to understand product requirements.
  • Utilize industry-standard authoring tools and content management systems to produce and manage documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user assistance across product ranges.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, such as videos and photos.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven track record of producing technical documentation for electronic-based systems.
  • Proficiency in using single-source authoring software like Madcap Flare.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop or similar.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand formats.
  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Background working in an engineering or software production environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
