Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at H9 Technical. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations, ensuring the smooth management of outstanding debts and maintaining excellent relationships with creditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payment.
- Handle interactions with creditors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Generate invoices using Xero and our external operating system, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and addressing inquiries related to accounts.
- Conduct general office administration duties to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Strong, exceptional Excel skills to analyze and interpret accounts data.
- Relevant experience in finance administration, with a proven track record of success in credit control.
- The ability to work independently for most of the workweek, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous extensive experience as a Credit Controller, with a deep understanding of financial operations and procedures.
- Someone who can confidently interpret and analyze accounts data, including sales and purchase ledgers.
