The RoleReporting to the Client Account Management Leader, you will manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention and account development. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring they are met. This will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Developing a deep understanding of client insurance needs and ensuring they are fulfilled.
- Delivering day-to-day client service, including answering queries, providing advice on insurance scenarios, and arranging cover additions or deletions as required.
- Preparing London market broking documentation and negotiating favourable terms with insurers.
- Ensuring client retention targets are met and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Encouraging new business referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
- Operating within business procedures and requirements, adhering to FCA principles and Treating Customers Fairly.
- Managing workflows and collaborating with our Mumbai and A&S teams to ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering high levels of direct client service. Your ability to analyse situations and provide optimum solutions will be essential in this role. If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Private Client sector, we encourage you to apply.
