A leading food manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join their team.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and work with a variety of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of products and monitor UK wholesaler & direct to trade payments.
  • Support the sales office in managing sales orders and providing administrative assistance.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Enter orders onto the NAV / CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  • Foster strong relationships with UK wholesale and trade customers.
  • Provide administrative support for national accounts, including presentations and day-to-day activities.
  • Conduct telesales and upselling activities to increase sales revenue.
  • Cold call new potential business opportunities.

You will be a confident communicator with good IT skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter and problem solver with excellent planning and organizational skills.
