About the Role

As a Store Manager at Next, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. This includes maximising sales, driving efficiencies, and achieving performance targets. You will be a key member of an area team, reporting to the Area Manager, and will play a crucial part in the growth and success of the brand.
