Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team at Plas Cae Crwn. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, ensuring that every individual receives high-quality food that meets their dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the nutritional therapist and home manager to develop menus and manage resources.
- Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their dietary requirements.
