We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standard of service and repair for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Organise the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
  • Carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and promote the sale of accessories, tyres, Lifestyle products, insurance, etc.
  • Liaise with service customers and designated contact for maintaining good relations and updates with regards of vehicles etc.
  • Explain and Issue the customer with the Vehicle Health Check report.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service and communication skills, a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service, and a passion for products and technology. You should also have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, an enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality, and a willingness to learn and develop.
