- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer bookings, enquiries, collections and deliveries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of shipping procedures.
- Deep sea and/or short sea shipping knowledge.
- Working knowledge of shipping systems.
About Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension, private medical and life assurance.
