We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our global office and facility operations, ensuring compliance with ESG standards, and developing facility management protocols to uphold consistent quality across all locations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee global office and facility operations, ensuring compliance with ESG standards
- Develop and maintain facility management protocols to uphold consistent quality across all locations
- Collaborate with local HR and office teams to address needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards are met
- Manage vendor relationships globally, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions
- Support space planning and expansion efforts, coordinating office adjustments to align with our growth
- Implement health, safety, and compliance protocols across all offices
- Monitor and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, optimizing for cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in facility management, office operations, or a similar role within a global organization
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site office operations, budget oversight, and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations & solid technical facility management expertise
- Excellent project management and communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse global teams
