About the Role

Safran Seats is seeking a Programme Quality Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Programme Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers on quality aspects and assist the Programme Manager in these areas
  • Ensure customer needs and requirements are met, focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain Quality Assurance Plans and related procedures, obtaining customer acceptance
  • Participate in defining the Programme Management Plan (PMP) with the Programme Manager, ensuring its effective implementation and execution
  • Monitor non-conformities analysis and relevant action plans, communicating quality events to customers and reducing them
  • Work with the Procurement organisation to validate supplier choices and ensure quality assurance plans and processes are in place

Requirements

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering/Manufacturing related discipline
  • Experience with D/PFMEA and Control Plans, risk analysis, and programme management gate processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of supporting teams and projects to deliver milestones
