Safran Seats is a leading manufacturer of premium seating and technology for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Programme Quality Engineer to join our team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers on quality aspects and assist the Programme Manager in these areas.
- Ensure customer needs and requirements are met, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain Quality Assurance Plans and related procedures, obtaining customer acceptance.
- Participate in defining the Programme Management Plan with the Programme Manager, ensuring its effective implementation and execution.
- Monitor non-conformities analysis and relevant action plans, communicating quality events to customers and reducing them.
- Work with the Procurement organisation to validate supplier choices and ensure quality assurance plans and processes are in place.

Requirements
- HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering/Manufacturing related discipline.
- Experience with D/PFMEA, Control Plans, Risk Analysis, and Programme management gate process.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Quality Assurance activities across multi-disciplinary programmes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to establish trusted working relationships.
- Proven track record in supporting teams/projects to deliver milestones.
