Pharmacy Department Leader

ProfDoc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Department Leader to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy department in London. This key role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and operational efficiency while leading a talented team of pharmacy professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring effective clinical guidance and leadership
- Promote a patient-focused approach to deliver the highest standards of care
- Ensure the safe and efficient use of medications across the clinic
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing pharmacy staff, including conducting performance evaluations, and adhering to the General Pharmaceutical Council's (GPhC) code of ethics, conduct, and performance standards.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
