Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Leader

As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Leader, you will be responsible for providing highly specialised pharmacy services to patients within the Care Group. This includes providing evidence-based clinical advice and information to nursing and medical staff, managing complex medication regimens, and delivering high-quality patient care.
You will also be responsible for leading and developing clinical pharmacy services, promoting pharmaceutical care, and minimising risk to patients through effective supervision. The estimated salary for this position is £70,387 - £80,465 per annum, including HCA.
