Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool, providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver respectful and tailored care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with service users, families, and the multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes and maximise service user potential.
  • Implement Creative Support principles, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and delivering high-quality care.
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure the best possible care and support for service users, aligning with their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, empowering service users to live a full and happy life.

Essential Requirements: Experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, a clean valid driving licence, and access to a car (desirable but not essential).

What We Offer: Flexible working arrangements, including evenings and weekends, full training, and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
