Regional Operations Manager

CV Library is working in partnership with a global business that offers operations and maintenance services to the Wind and Solar sectors. As a Regional Site Manager, you will be part of a team that delivers first-class services to clients using data management and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all team members have the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to site rules in line with the Operational Management Plan.
- Guarantee full compliance with regulations, legislation, and company protocols.
- Conduct monthly site evaluations and ad-hoc inspections to ensure workplace compliance and prepare reports in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Support quoting processes for field work in collaboration with the Wind and Finance departments.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Be able to manipulate data sets.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
£40,000- £45,000 per annum, Private Health Insurance, Life Assurance Cover, Company Pension Scheme, Flexible Working Environment, Yearly Discretionary Performance Bonus Scheme, and an Excellent Company Culture.
