We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Year Head at Wellfield Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of teachers and supporting students in their academic and personal development.

Job Description:

The Year Head will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement policies and strategies to improve student outcomes and wellbeing. They will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources to ensure the effective operation of the year group.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as access to a Blue Light Card with thousands of discounts and savings on big brands, and term time only employment which supports long holidays.

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Past experience in a leadership role
