About the Position- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for a mixed-ability Year 2 class
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all pupils
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
- Use data to inform instruction and drive student progress
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making processes
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per year
