About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Care Specialist to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be delivering high-quality care to patients with cancer, providing personalized support and making a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering chemotherapy treatments to patients in their own homes
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing patient care plans
- Building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse qualification
- Experience in administering cytotoxic drugs
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
