Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at Andy File Associates Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of work allocated to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain tasks using PDA software and advise line manager and scheduling department of any issues.
  • Ensure customers are contacted with ETA and keep them updated on any delays.
  • Carry out visual risk assessments and raise concerns with line manager.
  • Provide feedback on parts used and deliver good customer service at all times.
  • Liaise with customers on site and keep them informed of any issues or updates.
  • Report and carry out any other requests as required by line manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year electrical or mechanical engineering experience and be electrical competent.
  • Physically fit to do the job and hold a Clean Driving Licence.
  • IT literate and experience working in a similar role/environment.
  • Proven ability to fault find in demanding environments.
