**Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:30, Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday (on rota) 09:00-13:00**

**£26,000 plus uncapped bonus**

Portadown Vauxhall are looking to welcome a Service Advisor to their established team. The site are high ranking in customer satisfaction and require an individual who is passionate about delivering the best customer experience
Joining our friendly aftersales family, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Stephen Burns, Aftersales Manager at the dealership who has 25 years’ experience to share. The aftersales team hold a wealth of knowledge between then with a combined total of over 100 years This will allow you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. As a Service Advisor at Vauxhall, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development. This is a truly exciting opportunity with potential for progression opportunities within Charles Hurst

Trainee opportunities also available for individuals with retail/customer service experience looking to kick start their career in the automotive industry, starting salary £22,000 for trainee’s, rising to £26,000 once qualified.

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
- Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will
- benefit the customer
- Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
- Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time when a customers’ car is in the workshop
- Maintaining accurate customer records, and updating the systems when any bookings have been made

Qualifications:
As a Service Advisor at our busy dealership, you must have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information clearly and concise. Whether you come from the banking or retail sector, we look for the right qualities in someone, someone that cares about people Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage as well as having knowledge of essential dealer systems however full training will be provided.

You will be a great team player but be able to also work independently using your own initiative. We want to hear from you if you have a passion for customer service and cars
