Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with employers across the East of England and London to promote our employment programs and secure stronger relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in working with employers or similar stakeholders. You will be resilient, able to work independently, and highly organized with strong IT skills. A strong commitment to personal and professional development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage employers across specified release areas to promote our employment programs
  • Develop KPIs to meet our objectives and contribute towards the overall success
  • Deliver tailored services and promote our programs to secure stronger relationships
  • Maintain a good understanding of the local and regional labour market to inform operational delivery
  • Support candidates with informed labour market information

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in working with employers or similar stakeholders
  • Resilient and able to work independently
  • Learner-focused with the motivation to deliver strong outcomes
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Able to adapt and problem solve
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using MS packages and CRM systems
