About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our team of Assessors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training across all learning programs.

  • Lead and develop a team of Assessors to achieve KPIs.
  • Enhance the quality of delivery across all learning programs.
  • Manage sampling and verification activities to support learner progression.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, based on 35 hours per week, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health care scheme, retail and gym membership discounts, profit-sharing scheme, life insurance, and employee recognition awards.

Requirements:
  • Assessor and IQA qualifications.
  • Relevant occupational competence in the sector.
  • Experience delivering training and support to learners.
