About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join our team as an Industrial Account Manager. As an Onsite Industrial Account Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients' site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact our clients' operations and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with the client's management team to understand and anticipate their staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Ensure all bookings are fulfilled promptly, meeting the client's operational demands.

Requirements:

  • Prior recruitment experience, particularly in the industrial/logistics sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations and an ability to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
