We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at City Recruitment Associates.

As a key member of our Private Wealth Management division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client administration services to our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry. You will possess a minimum of three A-Levels (Grades A-C) and be numerate with a strong analytical mind. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, will be essential.

You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with XPlan or similar systems. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
