About the Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Child Development Expert to join our team at Hillingdon Manor School in South East. As a member of our clinical team, you will work under the supervision of a psychologist to deliver evidence-based provision where quality and neuro-affirming best practice is delivered.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including group work, 1:1 work, research, audit, and evaluation. You will also contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to support the needs of our pupils. With the ability to work independently and as part of a team, you will be able to make a significant contribution to the success of our students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Psychology degree (2:1 or above) and relevant experience working with children and young people. You should also have first-hand experience of quantitative and qualitative research, including different methods of data collection, research designs, analysis, and final report writing.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including contributory pension, employee rewards hub, cycle to work scheme, and employee assistance programme.
